Right of return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. At Lavrora, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the products they purchase from our suppliers. If you are still dissatisfied, please do not hesitate to contact our team so that we can assist you immediately.
How can you return your order (in whole or in part)?
If you decide to return the products within the 14-day cancellation period, we will refund the entire order amount within five working days of receiving the returned goods. Please note, however, that the costs of return shipping cannot be refunded.
Follow these steps to return your products:

Send an email to lavrora.store@gmail.com and inform us that you want to return your order or part of it.

Wait for a response from our customer service to confirm whether we can accept your return.

Once your return is approved, carefully and securely pack the products, preferably in the original packaging.

Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.

Inform our customer service of the shipmentâs tracking number (Track & Trace).

After we have received and inspected the package, we will refund the amount for the returned products via the original payment method.
Products that cannot be returned
Unfortunately, the following products cannot be returned:

Sealed products where the seal has been broken.

Products manufactured according to the customerâs specifications.

Personalized products.

Products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned.

Products in the categories "Beauty", "Children & Baby", and "Sports" cannot be returned for hygiene reasons under the COVID-19 measures.
Return address
The return address is provided by our supplier. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Cancellation of orders
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order. Our orders are processed directly in the system, which means that they cannot be canceled.
Damaged products upon receipt
We apologize! It is possible that your product may be damaged during transport. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. After this period, we can no longer accept returns.
To resolve the issue quickly, please send us an email with a photo that clearly shows the damaged part of the item. It is best if the pictures show the damaged part on a flat surface, where the label and damage are clearly visible. This information will help us resolve the issue and avoid similar errors in the future.
For damaged products, we offer a one-time replacement. Refunds are not possible. If the replacement product is also damaged, we will refund the full purchase price.
Manufacturing defects or defects after use
A product may become defective after a period of time due to a manufacturing defect. Please note that wear parts are excluded from this rule, including:

Drive belts

Batteries
-
Brake pads and brake discs

Chains, tires, inner tubes, lights, and gears

Moving parts in general

Incorrect delivery
If you have received the wrong product, we will of course arrange a free correction. We will send you the correct product as soon as possible.

Delivery in case of absence or postal collection
If a package is delivered to your door or dropped off at a post office, Lavrora will cover the costs. If the package is not received or collected, it will automatically be returned to the supplier. In this case, we reserve the right to deduct 100% of the order value from the refund.
Lost packages
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will first send a new package before applying our refund and return policy.
Customs duties
In rare cases, customs may inspect your package and charge fees. We have no influence over such legal changes (since July 1, 2021). If customs duties are incurred, please contact us.
